General Terms

- We handle 100% of your admission and visa process.

- We will also handle deferment and late arrival, when needed.

- Students must provide accurate and complete documents on time.

- University admission and visa approval are subject to the decisions of universities and German authorities.

- In the event of case withdrawal due to change in plan, no block account, or any other reason, no refund will be made, at any stage of the case.

- In case of All admission rejections or visa rejection, we help you at no extra consultancy fee.

- We keep working with you, until you successfully land in Germany.

Fees & Payments

- The total fee is €1,600, out of which €1,000 must be paid in advance before the application process begins.

- We pay upto €300 on your behalf to the Uni Assist/Universities as application fee.

- The remaining €600 must be paid upon getting admission letter.

University Application Fees

- We cover up to €300 in Uni-Assist and university application fees on your behalf (fair usage policy.)

- We usually apply to 10–15 universities, depending on eligibility and course availability.

- Since some university applications are free of cost, the €300 allowance is usually sufficient to cover the application fees. Unused application-fee coverage is non-refundable.

Rejection & Reapplication

- In the event of all admission rejections by the German universities, by missed deadline, less courses availability, or any other reason, we agree to apply again in universities. We will also pay your application fee, upto €300 again.

- In the event of visa rejection by the German Embassy, due to missing document, or any other reason. We will help in re-submission of visa application at no extra consultancy fee.

Next Intake & Reapplication

- If the client receives no admission from any university, we will apply again in the next intake without any additional fee.

- If you receive at least one admission but wish to apply again in the next semester, due to any reason, an additional €200 consultancy fee will apply except your application fee.
